User Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information processed by the Tooreal Business social media management portal.
Deletion Process
- Send an email to it@tibbi.pk.
- Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, relevant Facebook or Instagram account, and enough information for us to identify the associated records.
- Do not include passwords, access tokens or sensitive credentials.
- We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days, unless information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Disconnecting Meta Access
An authorized administrator may disconnect Facebook or Instagram from the portal. Users may also remove application access through their Facebook settings under business integrations.
Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent to the requesting email address after the deletion request has been completed.
