Tooreal Business operates a secure social media management portal used by authorized administrators and agents. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when the portal connects with supported social media services.

2. Information We Process

Depending on enabled integrations, we may process:

• Authorized administrator and agent account information.
• Facebook Page and Instagram Business account identifiers.
• Page messages, Instagram direct messages, comments and mentions.
• Sender names, platform identifiers and message timestamps.
• Access tokens and connection status required by Meta APIs.
• Security, audit, error and synchronization records.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is processed only to:

• Connect authorized Facebook and Instagram business assets.
• Display and manage messages, comments and mentions.
• Allow authorized agents to respond to customer conversations.
• Monitor integration health and synchronization status.
• Protect the portal against unauthorized access and misuse.

4. Meta Platform Data

Meta Platform Data is accessed only after an authorized administrator grants the required permissions. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling or data brokerage.

5. Data Sharing

Information is available only to authorized personnel and service providers required to operate or secure the portal. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, authenticated access, role-based permissions, access controls and operational monitoring. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained only while required for operational, security or legal purposes. Integration tokens are removed or invalidated when an authorized administrator disconnects an integration.
