Terms of Use

1. Authorized Use

This portal is intended only for authorized Tooreal Business administrators and agents. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

2. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Access accounts or conversations without authorization.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to bypass security, role or platform restrictions.
• Export or disclose customer information without authorization.
• Use the portal in violation of Meta policies or applicable law.

3. Social Platform Availability

Facebook and Instagram functions depend on Meta APIs, permissions and policies. Features may become unavailable due to platform changes, revoked permissions or external service interruptions.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access immediately.

5. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended when required to protect customer information, portal security or platform compliance.
